Join Jen DeTracey at the Laughing Bean for the celebration of her new book “Lift Strategies: Quick Tips to Engage Customers and Elevate Profits”.

Norm Friend, author and colleague will read the forward to Jen’s book and introduce her. Jen will share stories and read tips from her book followed by a short Q&A.
