Stand By Your Product 100%

I would like to give a shout out to a woman who stands 100% behind her products. I recently purchased an Astrosatchel bag for my girlfriend’s 40th birthday. I ordered it online.

When the person delivered it via Canada Post, I decided to leave it in its original packaging and wrapped it in birthday paper. My hope was that this would make it difficult to guess what the item was. Unfortunately, when scissors were used to open the bubble wrap package, the shoulder strap of the bag was nicked in two places.

I contacted the designer, Janna Hurtzig, by email to ask her how I could repair the cuts. She offered to pick up the bag and replace that part of the strap. I was blown away by her response. This is a person who stands behind her products. Since the days of creating Astrosatchel bags, Janna has launched a new line of deluxe winter products: hats, mitts, toques, berets, leg warmers, and the list goes on for her Winter Luxe line. Hats off to Janna Herzog.

Where do you stand when it comes to backing your products or services?
