Setting a goal can often be the easiest part of intentionally growing your business or organization. Figuring out the most effective strategies to reach your goal requires insight and honesty. Implementation is where things can go sideways. For this reason, I have created these questions for you to guide you through the initial steps of this process. They are your starter kit to motivate you to take action NOW.

Take the time to write down all your answers. It will make this process easier for you to assess the decisions you have made so far. Your answer will be a point of reference for the next steps you need to take.Strategic Results

Through this process you with likely find clarity on how to move forward with the first steps of a structured plan of action.

These questions are NOT a comprehensive process to developing a complete and customizable marketing action plan. They are, however, a tool to get you started.

Complete all 11 questions and you will immediately start thinking about and moving towards your BIGGEST goal.

1. What is the financial goal you want to achieve 12 months from now?

2. Do you believe you can achieve it? How important is it for you to achieve this goal?

3. What is the biggest obstacle that you will have to overcome?

4. Which actions are you currently taking that are not working whatsoever?

5. Are you willing to stop putting time into these actions as of today?

6. What 2-3 things are you taking action on right now towards your goal that are producing results?

7. How much time are you investing each week specifically focusing on these actions without distraction?

8. What could you do to tweak each of these actions to get an even better result than you are currently getting?

9. What is one additional strategy you could put in place to get you closer to your goal?

10. If you need help figuring out what this last strategy is and how to put it into action, who can you ask for help?
